was established in 2004 and specializes in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Civil Engineering Solutions provides
a full range of professional services such as agricultural, commercial and residential site engineering, local government
permitting, traffic engineering, hydraulic analysis of water and sewer systems, artist generated conceptual renderings, and
comprehensive stormwater management systems.

Civil Engineering Solutions has experience in commercial, agricultural, government and residential markets. We offer
our clients the latest engineering modeling for: urban and agricultural storm water management systems, water distribution
and wastewater collection systems, full site development services, and artist created conceptual site illustrations.

David Clutts, P.E., Principal, has 19 years of engineering experience. He is a member of the
American Society of Civil Engineers, Vice Chairman of the Lake-Sumter MPO Citizens Advisory Council, Lake County Board of
County Commissioners' Parks & Recreation Advisory Board, and former member of the Tavares Planning & Zoning Board.
David holds licenses to practice in both Florida & Georgia. David's strength in finding solutions to some of the
most challenging site conditions and ability to find unique solutions to very complex scenarios make him a tremendous
asset in leading the Civil Engineering Solutions design team.
Nancy Clutts, Marketing and Design Director, is a Leadership Florida XXV graduate, Leadership
Lake County graduate, is serving her 5th year on the Tavares City Council, she is a member of the Congress of Regional Leaders,
myregion.org Executive Board, Lake County Water Alliance Chairwoman, Lake County League of Cities' Past President, American
Red Cross Mid Florida Regional Council, Lake-Sumter Community College's Graphic Design Advisory Committee Chairwoman, Metro
Orlando YMCA Board, Lake County Board of County Commissioners' Arts and Cultural Alliance Council, and member of the
Florida League of Cities' Growth Management Policy Council. Nancy's community involvement and creative approach to complex
problem solving make her a valuable member of the Civil Engineering Solutions design team.
